Once the order has been received and inspected in our warehouses, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, but not including shipping costs.

Mainland Spain Shipping cost from 9.99 euros.

Balearic Islands Shipping costs from 11.99 euros.

European Union Shipping cost 19 euros.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

In the countries included in this category, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and customs costs derived from the return as well as for tracking the shipment to our warehouse.
